ABOUT US

​The Oleificio was born in 1970 from the dedication and stubbornness of Diego Mallia, “grandfather Diego”, and since then the passion for extra virgin olive oil has become a family value. The mill is immersed in a generous land, where the sun caresses the olive trees giving the fruits those characteristics that make our extra virgin olive oil a small masterpiece of nature.

THE OIL MIL

The company mill of very modern construction is equipped with 2 PIERALISI milling systems with continuous cold extraction system.

The olives are processed for a few hours to obtain a precious and full-bodied Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
